Signing Ceremony Between OUFEIDE and Xian RUNYING

August 27, 2020, the signing ceremony and negotiation meeting of the cooperation framework agreement between Shaanxi OUFEIDE Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Xi'an RUNYING Biotechnology Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of Xi'an University of architecture and technology, was held at the headquarters of  OUFEIDE.
 
 
Maiqian NIE, general manager of Xi'an RUNYING biotechnology, Chao SUN, deputy general manager, Xiaomin FENG, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Zhongheng Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. XiMinLI, general manager of Shaanxi OUFEIDE, Qing LIANG, deputy general manager, Chunshan FU, international business director, and Kaidong LU, vice president of the technology Research Institute, attended the signing ceremony. Before the signing ceremony, XiMin LI, the general manager of the company, accompany with Professor Nie and Her party to visit the company, and made a preliminary introduction of the development process, main business areas and core technologies, and suggested  that the cooperation between the two sides should be further integrated.
 
 
 
During the forum, two sides held a signing ceremony of the framework cooperation agreement.  XiMin LI, general manager of the company, and Maiqian NIE, general manager of Xi'an RUNYING Biotechnology Co., Ltd., signed the agreement respectively.
 
 
Subsequently, the company's leaders at the meeting listened to Professor Nie's introduction on the advantages of its products in EOR. Chao SUN, deputy general manager of RUNYING biology, explained the experimental cooperation scheme, and the two sides exchanged and analyzed the existing technical difficulties.  XiMin LI, the general manager of the company, has made a plan for the development direction and next step work of both parties in the later stage, which is divided into three steps: the first step is to promote the application of RUNYING biology's completed technology and products within the scope of OFID's business. Second, according to the business development needs of OFID, RUNYING biological organization experts carry out special scientific research on the technical problems encountered, and the two sides jointly carry out technical research and product research and development. The third step is to explore further cooperation at a deeper level on the basis of previous cooperation
 
 
With the successful signing of the contract, the company and Xi'an RUNYING have taken a solid step in the cooperation of oil and gas field EOR technology and environmental protection chemicals research and development test. With the effective combination of technologies and resources of both sides, the comprehensive competitiveness of both sides will be enhanced, and the development of oil fields and environmental protection market in Northern Shaanxi will be jointly promoted, and the development goal of "green water and green mountains is gold and silver mountains", New steps have been taken to promote industrial transformation and development and high-quality development.
